I'm writing this review in hopes of expediting my refund process, as I've been waiting for over a month. This is the longest I've ever had to wait. The representative I've been communicating with seems nice, but despite exchanging emails, the refund hasn't progressed. Recently, I was informed that my case is being escalated to a director. It's frustrating that this is happening only now after more than a month. My bank has requested the ARN, a number necessary to track the refund, and it's taking days to obtain that. They attributed the delay to a new payment system, but based on other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue, which is not an acceptable excuse. I'm extremely frustrated and have reached out to an advisory service for assistance.
