After choosing a bike, I submitted an offer that was accepted within a day, and I paid immediately. However, after almost three days without any collection information, I reached out to the service. I found out that the seller hadn't provided the collection details, and they were just beginning to follow up. Shortly after, I received an email stating a refund was issued because the bike was already sold. With just over a week before Christmas and a refund process taking 5-7 days, I can no longer buy my wife's gift in time for her to receive the bike on Christmas Day. I'm puzzled as to why they accepted an offer for a bike that was not confirmed to be in stock. This situation is unacceptable. The lesson here is to avoid making payments without first confirming item availability, which has completely disrupted our Christmas plans.
