I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my refund of ₹699 for order number 132492438748012089803.
As per your confirmation, the refund was processed on 16-Mar-2026, and the Refund Reference Number (RRN) provided is 643479797845. However, I would like to inform you that I have not received this refund in my bank account.
I have already contacted my bank and confirmed that there is no credit received from Myntra for the entire month of March 2026. They have also checked using the provided RRN and found no transaction linked to it.
This situation is extremely frustrating as I have contacted your customer support multiple times, but I am only receiving the same response without any resolution.
If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be forced to escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline and take further necessary action.
