If you ask them about something and they don't know the issue then the agent will leave the chat abruptly and another agent will come and you'll have to narrate the whole story again. This time this agent will find a new angle to annoy the customer. They will say elaborate more although the query could be as straight forward as 'How to perform this specific thing'. So best of luck with your stint with Myntra in case of a query.
I suggest do not purchase this platform. I have purchase a product of Rs.1000/- approx., the myntra has delivered wrong product and after generated return request declined without any iformation or collect the materials. His customer care representative has also not faith to customer complaint and manipulate in his app.
There is nothing name support, anytime they will cancel order won't deliver it and if you try to say anything they will tell you you are not maintaining proffesiional decorum.

One of the worst e-commerce experiences I’ve ever had.
Ordered a lehenga set. What arrived? Random shawls. No lehenga. No blouse. No dupatta. Just completely wrong items. When I reported this, Myntra hid behind a so-called “internal investigation” and casually declared that they sent the correct items — without providing a single shred of proof of what was actually packed.
Their logic seems to be: If the outer packet isn’t torn, the customer must be lying. That’s not customer service — that’s gaslighting.
Refund? Return? Flatly refused. Once something goes wrong, Myntra’s policy appears to be deny, deflect, and exhaust the customer until they give up. This is not how a legitimate marketplace operates.
To top it off, I ordered 10 items, and Myntra shipped each item separately. Ten items, ten different packets, ten different deliveries. Massive waste of packaging, fuel, time, and money. Completely irresponsible and inefficient. It genuinely makes you wonder how this company plans to survive long-term or make profits with such broken logistics.
Customer support is scripted, rigid, and clearly designed to protect the company — not the customer. There is zero accountability once money is taken.
If you’re buying anything expensive, occasion wear, or time-sensitive items — think twice. When Myntra messes up, you pay the price.

The delivery person arrived unexpectedly, did not hand over the product, and returned hours later to complete the delivery. It appears that management is simply echoing the same lack of assistance. Being put on hold for hours only to be given a scripted response is unacceptable and feels like harassment.

The holiday season in late December complicates things further, as people travel, but the policy doesn't account for this and requires customers to report missing items within 5 days. Delivery agents might be taking advantage of this loophole, knowing that the company's support isn't available after that timeframe. It feels like a scam, and I’m sure many others are facing the same issue without any assistance. I strongly advise against ordering from this platform until they address this significant problem.
I am deeply frustrated with the fraudulent refund policy of the platform. After placing an order using a discount offer, I had to return the items due to their poor quality, only to discover that they are deducting money under the guise of 'Bank Discount Deduction'. Here’s the evidence of their unfair practices: For an item costing ₹742.63, I'm receiving just ₹454.22 back. Another item priced at ₹315.96 is being refunded with ₹0.00. For a ₹377.18 item, the refund amounts to a mere ₹48.22. How is it possible for a 10% bank discount to result in deductions of 40% to 100%? This is blatant cheating and unfair trade. The customer support is ineffective, providing only scripted responses. I've already filed a complaint with the appropriate consumer helpline. My advice to everyone: Stay away from the platform if you care about your hard-earned money. They will deliver subpar products and then deny you a full refund.
Purchased a black fragrance... the packaging looked impressive and authentic... however, upon use, it turned out to be a counterfeit product... the scent lasts less than 5 minutes. Extremely disappointing, I feel deceived by the platform.
