Worst experience with Myntra. My order kept getting delayed with repeated fake “delivery attempt failed” updates, even though no one actually contacted or visited. Despite multiple complaints, customer service was unhelpful and gave no clear resolution.
What’s worse—they assured me the order would be delivered by a specific date, but instead, they cancelled it without proper notice. I still haven’t received my refund.
Highly disappointing and unprofessional experience. Would not recommend.
