I want to express my frustration with this app. They charged me for an order (₹1607) and arranged for a pickup. The product was collected, but I have yet to receive my refund. After four days, I was told by the customer service that the order was never picked up. The representatives are unhelpful, and even when I escalated my issue, the senior staff couldn't assist me. This app feels like a scam. I strongly advise against purchasing from this platform.
