While there's a supposedly online cancellation option, it's widely known that it rarely works. Instead, you're forced to call to cancel. For an online service, the expectation is that account holders should be able to cancel online. The company fails to meet this expectation by making the process nearly impossible. The call is framed as a chance to help meet your business goals, but it's really about retention, making it cheaper to keep a customer than to acquire a new one. Expect to be put on hold for ages, and have your details ready while you prepare to state your reason for cancellation clearly. Their staff are polite, but the process is frustrating. I won’t be using this service again.
