I have been using Ollie for quite a bit as I have foster dogs as well as my own. I embarked my three pups and all have warning of copper toxosis. Ollie has copper in the food. Still waiting to hear from the vets but I’m moving on to a no copper diet.

Not only that, I received two giant boxes of food yesterday. One was for an account that we were using. The second account was from an email that I never had or has no account on Ollie. Instead, the customer rep just literally changed the non recognizable email to one of my email accounts. I had no forewarning the food was coming bc I do not have access to that email account. The email wasn’t even registered on Ollie. We were charged $400 for the 2 shipments and no sorry, no offer for reimbursement for this phantom account. I’m done with Ollie both for food concerns and terrible customer service.

Going back to making homemade just food for dogs. At least, I know what goes in it.
