Ollie dog food is great quality, reliable, ships well-packaged and has always arrived on time. My dogs are happier, healthier, and excited to eat their meals every day now! Pricing is on par with other brands but Ollie has better quality in our opinion. Ollie's packaging is also better. We do not have to deal with broken leaking packages or frozen elastics. The food packs stack and store easily in the refrigerator and/or freezer. Customer service via email, text, chat, or phone is also reliable and friendly. The only quirk is that you can not add a new or additional pet from the app but you can go to the website and login, then add an additional pet onto your account. My pets and I are very happy with Ollie, we use a mixed meal plan, and highly recommend them for your fur babies!
I was never put on hold, I had a great representative who was friendly, used my pup's name, so personable and professional then gave me accurate information I could work with!
I have been using Ollie for quite a bit as I have foster dogs as well as my own. I embarked my three pups and all have warning of copper toxosis. Ollie has copper in the food. Still waiting to hear from the vets but I’m moving on to a no copper diet.
Not only that, I received two giant boxes of food yesterday. One was for an account that we were using. The second account was from an email that I never had or has no account on Ollie. Instead, the customer rep just literally changed the non recognizable email to one of my email accounts. I had no forewarning the food was coming bc I do not have access to that email account. The email wasn’t even registered on Ollie. We were charged $400 for the 2 shipments and no sorry, no offer for reimbursement for this phantom account. I’m done with Ollie both for food concerns and terrible customer service.
Going back to making homemade just food for dogs. At least, I know what goes in it.
My Mr. Wilson loves Ollie Dog food - he’s been on Ollie now for almost a year. I’ve seen positive changes in him with his gut health, bowel movements, energy and all around health. Mr. Wilson also takes Ollie supplements - probiotics and skin & coat chews daily. I love the packaging it’s easy to open & get out plus it comes with a silicone container & scoop to keep the food in for the fridge or traveling. Mr. Wilson is a Service Dog and it’s been easy to travel with Ollie even to Hawaii. It’s well worth the money to keep him healthy & happy. We’re very happy with Ollie - the food, supplements and the app is very easy to use.
Bait and switch pricing. Offers resubscription discount and then charges your credit card full price despite your billing page reflecting the discount. And they did it again after I canceled and made them refund the order so it’s an ongoing misrepresentation and breach of contract. Photographic evidence of charging one price on customers end of sale and then charging your card double. ILLEGAL!
My dog loves his Ollie food. The food arrives in a timely manner, it is well packaged, and full of nutrients that my dog will eat. It is comes with a handy storage container and is easy to feed.
My dog loves the food and she 2as very picky eating .i was cooking almost each meal.going crazy getting he4 to eat .tried another fresh food brand that she would not eat .company has been very good when I change addresses in winter to south ,always on time .so glad I found thrm
OllieDog food is not only a terrific product but they have the most helpful friendly customer service reps I have ever worked with. They offer a wonderful discount to someone trying the product for the first time
Zoey loved the food over her other meal. She was getting bored with it. After she ate yours, she barked till I gave it again over her over last food. I love the container also. It is clean and heavy in the refrigerator which I like.
My dogs will not eat this food they want nothing to do with it. I have tried warming it up . They ate ole roy dog food from walmart over Ollies dog food.I soent 35$ on this stuff and i cant get the raccoon's to eat it . Im just out 35$ and still trying to find a healthy food my dogs will eat.
