Cannot fault Myomaster at all. Ive had really excellent customer service. I initially purchased a classic sauna but had some warping issues. It took about 6wks after reporting to replace because of a sourcing problem, but Myomaster arranged dismantling, removal of the faulty classic, an upgrade to lux and assembly.
The fitters were very thorough and did an excellent job assembling the lux cleaning everything away.
Just need to sort my electrics and im good to go.
