Cannot fault Myomaster at all. Ive had really excellent customer service. I initially purchased a classic sauna but had some warping issues. It took about 6wks after reporting to replace because of a sourcing problem, but Myomaster arranged dismantling, removal of the faulty classic, an upgrade to lux and assembly.
The fitters were very thorough and did an excellent job assembling the lux cleaning everything away.
Just need to sort my electrics and im good to go.
I've had a Myomaster chiller for about 14 months now which has been a great addition to my morning routine. When it stopped working recently, I got in touch with them and Rachelle could not have been more helpful in sorting out a replacement free of charge. I would highly recommend Myomaster for both the quality of their products and their customer service.
Had an issue with my chiller unit and although it was a bit of a faff to send over pictures and explanation, it was all dealt with very well and resolved. Special shout-out to Rachelle in the customer support team who made sure everything was sorted for me. Thank you
Zero Stars. Appalling service. Expensive unprofessional bad third party assembly team. The Lux Sauna i bought is so badly built. Gaps in the wood panels, torn roof tiles. Some edges mitred, others not. The surrounds are not flush. Panels not stapled or fixed. Huge gap around the glass door. Little response from Myomaster despite days and hours of trying to get this resolved. Upsetting and extremely stressful. AVOID
I’ve now got my own sauna in the back garden. No idea how that happened but I love it. The deal was just too good to resist and as I already use an ice bath in the garden it was a perfect addition. I took advantage of the Black Friday offer and also had free installation which made a massive difference (even though they could have been happier….😊). I see why they were concerned as the space was tight but they managed to build and install. The electrical hook up by my electrician has been a lot more than expected but I think that’s down to the distance from the house and being in London. I could have shopped around but just went with my normal guy so I could have maybe got that done more cheaply.
I also bought a pro chiller but can’t use or test that until spring as anything under 3C outside could damage it. That’s fine though as it’s cold enough outside anyway. I would have probably waited to ensure it’s under warranty for long enough but not a big deal.
I wasn’t aware of that or the fact that the saunas and chillers weren’t in stock so I waited for about 8 weeks after placing f this in Nov.
Not a complaint as that gave me time to prepare that area and base ready for installation.
I used it for the first time last night and managed to get it to 83C which was lovely combined with my own ice bath at 7C.
The sauna is definitely more spacious than I expected and better quality as well. It feels pretty sturdy right now and feels amazing inside.
Now to customer service. I haven’t got anything but praise for Marion. She’s been fantastic and gets back to me almost immediately with really helpful support. Customer service seems to be a real focus for this brand and no question seems to be irrelevant. They’re happy to help which is lucky as I’ve asked a fair few!
As it stands I’d definitely recommend the pro sauna and their fantastic customer service.

I placed an order for a one-person sauna on Black Friday. The order was processed, but there was no notification on the website or in the confirmation regarding stock availability. After 7 weeks and numerous excuses along with missed deadlines, we were finally informed that we might receive a dispatch date by next week, though there's still no clarity on when that will be. It seems we’re looking at a wait of 2.5 to 3 months since placing the order at the earliest. It's misleading to promote stock that isn't available without clearly indicating this on your marketing materials or website. The company continues to advertise on social media despite lacking the inventory to fulfill current orders. This is unacceptable.
After using a budget cold plunge for about a year to test my commitment, I decided to invest in the premium model along with the chiller unit and an ozone cleaner. The quality is exceptional—very well constructed and robust. The customer service is outstanding as well; they are friendly and accommodating. When my ozone cleaner unexpectedly stopped functioning (possibly an electrical issue?), a couple of emails with their representative led to a replacement being sent out quickly. I can't praise their product or customer service enough. Highly recommended.
I had a fantastic experience with the team! They delivered incredibly fast during the holiday season. Setting everything up was a breeze. I accidentally broke the pump (totally my fault), but the team quickly responded and resolved the issue. Absolutely brilliant! I’m currently enjoying a refreshing 2-minute freeze each morning! The support was exceptional.
The website continues to indicate a 1-2 week delivery, but I placed my order 5 weeks ago and haven't received any updates regarding dispatch. It's challenging to get a response from the support team, which is quite disappointing given the high price of the product.
I already own the large tub and chiller, purchased as a package back in 2024. When the chiller stopped functioning, I collaborated with the support team to identify the issue, which was determined to be unfixable. The representative in customer service was incredibly helpful and supportive, and I'm now awaiting my replacement chiller at no cost. Excellent company, outstanding product, and I highly recommend their kit that I use daily!
