My three adult children gifted me the oval basket kit for my 70th birthday. I enjoy various crafts but had never tried willow weaving. They also got us four star kits to do together. We had a fantastic day. In hindsight, I should have started with the star kit. The oval basket was a challenge, but I finished it over four sessions with the wonderful online tutorials. I love my slightly wonky basket! The instructions were easy to follow, and I can’t wait for my next project, maybe a round shopping basket or some Christmas decorations.
