The company's response was that they are overwhelmed with orders due to the holiday season. If they can't meet their commitments, they should either hire additional staff during peak times or provide accurate shipping timelines on their website.

I seldom give a 5-star rating, but the team truly deserves it. Every course I've ordered has arrived promptly, and the assistance I've received has been timely. I'm thoroughly enjoying the weaving experience. Highly recommend!
Truly an excellent product. The instructions are straightforward and accessible at any time. Finding courses in my area can be challenging, so this is perfect. The extra willow allows for mistakes or the creation of additional items. Great value for both the product and delivery. Pre- and post-purchase support deserves a 10/10.
I enjoyed creating the birdhouses from a '2 for 1' offer I purchased months ago. The videos are of excellent quality, making it feel like a personal weaving workshop. The guidance is thorough, with helpful tips to avoid common pitfalls. I attempted to make a second birdhouse without the tutorial and experimented with a top enclosure to keep it drier. The results were mixed but it was fun to try, and there’s still plenty of willow left for another small project.
I’ve bought three sets of willow projects and have been delighted with each. The bundles contain a lot of willow, allowing room for experimentation. The video tutorials are exceptional, as they demonstrate each step in real time with clear verbal explanations. This helps in comparing my work with the tutor's. My three adult children gifted me the oval basket kit for my 70th birthday. I enjoy various crafts but had never tried willow weaving. They also got us four star kits to do together. We had a fantastic day. In hindsight, I should have started with the star kit. The oval basket was a challenge, but I finished it over four sessions with the wonderful online tutorials. I love my slightly wonky basket! The instructions were easy to follow, and I can’t wait for my next project, maybe a round shopping basket or some Christmas decorations. The ordering and delivery process was seamless.

When I asked for compensation for waiting at home, they offered a discount on my next purchase. I find that unacceptable. The videos look appealing, but the poor service has left a bad impression, and I haven't even started any projects yet.
