I made my first purchase with a special offer for three kits, but only two arrived. When I contacted them about the missing kit, I was told there was an error, and I wouldn’t receive the third kit. No refund, replacement, or goodwill gesture was offered for their mistake. I’m left with less than what I paid for, despite having documentation to confirm my order. It's disappointing that this occurred and even more so with their customer service's unwillingness to correct their error.
