100% scam... I filed for their services on October 14th. Heard nothing back despite consistent follow ups. I asked for a refund on Dec 17th as it was getting close to my Jan 15th travel date. My request was ignored. For weeks I attempted to get in touch with their company.
Services were "completed" Jan 6th.
Again, I was traveling on Jan 15th. Then they addressed my refund request stating that since I received my documents, they wouldn't do a refund. Every email response is AI generated. Impossible to speak with a human... I did everything on my own for passport application renewal. It wasnt hard. You don't need this company. HIRE AT OWN RISK
