Filling out the application was easy! We know the answers for our own passports and there were no "trick" questions. I do wish the fee had been stated at the start, as there was a bit of sticker shock for the replacement cost of a lost passport--but, the passport is needed on short notice these days.
This is a third party website, not government official, and NOT an online renew form. I paid 169$, $130 for what I assumed covered the passport book and was an online renewal for the passport because I qualify for online renewal. When you search up, passport online renewal only, this company appears. It’s blue is similar to government website and appears official. No where on their website does it state that they do not do online renewal only as in apply and upload your paperwork online. Filing the forms is also very similar to what you do on the government website. The renewal they do online is just a form called a DS-82 that you are still required to submit through mail for the passport book, which again not an online renewal. $39 was for expedited. Very misleading.

This website is a scam. They charge what it cost to get a passport but it is only the form, which you can get for free online. They have no number to call and don't return email. Stay away. Go directly to the government website to get or renew your passport. So shady.

This company is a SCAM! I paid $150 for them to fill out a form and send it back to me in 3 days! I also emailed them multiple times to request a refund, starting 5 minutes after I realized I had made a mistake, they have not responded and there is no phone number to be found. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Going through the questions were easy the only thing I didn't like was that once it finally went through it said I only had 4 minutes to fill out my payment card information. If the system is going to take that long to take me to the payment section that would make most people feel super rushed and that is when mistakes are made. I am a quick at typing so I didn't have a problem, but others will.
You all know this site is an absolute scam right? All they do is fill out the form that is already free online from the government site, then charge you extra. They don't tell you until AFTER you pay that you need to do all the work yourself. You have to download the forms, print them, send them in.... Just go to the real government site, everything is automatic and done online when you visit the REAL passport renewal site.
Just go to travel.state.gov site.
No refunds allowed. I filled out the form in error and asked for a refund 10 minutes after submitting my information. They have refused to refund my money after multiple attemps in chatting with Ana. I have documentation of times of emails that fit within their website's stated refund policy.
If you have already paid them, it will be impossible to get a refund. I suggest going through only .gov websites as a safer course of action.
100% scam... I filed for their services on October 14th. Heard nothing back despite consistent follow ups. I asked for a refund on Dec 17th as it was getting close to my Jan 15th travel date. My request was ignored. For weeks I attempted to get in touch with their company.
Services were "completed" Jan 6th.
Again, I was traveling on Jan 15th. Then they addressed my refund request stating that since I received my documents, they wouldn't do a refund. Every email response is AI generated. Impossible to speak with a human... I did everything on my own for passport application renewal. It wasnt hard. You don't need this company. HIRE AT OWN RISK
