This is a third party website, not government official, and NOT an online renew form. I paid 169$, $130 for what I assumed covered the passport book and was an online renewal for the passport because I qualify for online renewal. When you search up, passport online renewal only, this company appears. It’s blue is similar to government website and appears official. No where on their website does it state that they do not do online renewal only as in apply and upload your paperwork online. Filing the forms is also very similar to what you do on the government website. The renewal they do online is just a form called a DS-82 that you are still required to submit through mail for the passport book, which again not an online renewal. $39 was for expedited. Very misleading.
