I found the website misleading about the service they offer. I thought I was applying for a new passport, that is not their service, their service is to review your application for errors. The website also says I can get a refund if I am unsatisfied, there is further fine print that only 50% will be refunded. If you are using this site read all the terms and conditions carefully to be sure you understand exactly the service they are selling.
