The website also says I can get a refund if I am unsatisfied, there is further fine print that only 50% will be refunded. If you are using this site read all the terms and conditions carefully to be sure you understand exactly the service they are selling.
This service does not handle passport issuance. They assist with paperwork only and are not connected to the government. I recognized this just 15 minutes after my payment and only got back $47. It feels like a significant scam. It's better to use the official government website, as this service is not an authorized government site.
