Terrible customer support

The customer support is very frustrating; they respond only once a week after multiple messages and their English communication is lacking. Their delivery timeline was unclear: they initially quoted 10 days, but it ended up taking 2 months. Be cautious if you have a cassette, as they provide a freewheel with the motor without proper clarification. At least the rest of the motor works fine. There’s a reason this option is inexpensive.
