Disappointing customer service

The customer service experience was quite disappointing; they only respond once a week after multiple inquiries and struggle with English. Their delivery estimates were vague: they initially stated 10 days, but it took 2 months. Be cautious if you have a cassette, as they provide a freewheel with the motor without clear specifications. On the bright side, the rest of the motor is functioning well. There’s a reason this option is cheaper.

Outstanding team, very helpful

An outstanding team that is very helpful. I ordered the kit on Friday evening and received it by Thursday. I spoke with a representative on the phone several times, and he was very knowledgeable about e-bikes. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Fantastic kit

This kit is fantastic! I purchased the 3000w 72v model and reached speeds of 58mph with a range of approximately 40-50 miles. It arrived in about 5 days, and the quality is impressive. Thank you!

Extremely slow delivery!

The delivery was very slow! Communication was nearly nonexistent, and I would seriously reconsider ordering from another source.

No issues so far

I haven't encountered any problems so far. I recommended it to my friends, and all of them purchased from them. One of my friends had a 2-day delay, and they sent him a replacement as compensation. I would buy again.

The customer support was excellent, keeping me informed about delivery times and demonstrating extensive knowledge about the products. Lack of product knowledge

My son enjoyed the e-bike conversion kit, but after about a month, we faced issues with the motor. When we asked for troubleshooting advice, the support team seemed lacking in knowledge. I suspect this company operates more like a dropshipper and isn’t fully informed about their products.

Never received product or refund

After experiencing extremely slow delivery and vague excuses for the delays, I requested a refund. I have not received my money back! They made false claims about being unable to process refunds, blaming the payment platform instead. This is not how it should work.
