Avoid at all costs

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered for my son on December 3rd, assured it was in stock with a 2-3 day delivery. Since then, I’ve followed up daily, only to be lied to and misled. They blamed shipping issues for delays, but they hadn’t even sent the package. I was told it would arrive today, but now they claim they forgot to send the battery. This has ruined our holiday. They were quick to take the payment, though.
