Disappointing customer service

The customer service experience was quite disappointing; they only respond once a week after multiple inquiries and struggle with English. Their delivery estimates were vague: they initially stated 10 days, but it took 2 months. Be cautious if you have a cassette, as they provide a freewheel with the motor without clear specifications. On the bright side, the rest of the motor is functioning well. There’s a reason this option is cheaper.
