Be cautious with this perfume retailer's website. I rarely voice complaints, but this experience has pushed me to my breaking point. On December 7, I ordered seven perfumes as Christmas gifts. Instead of easing my holiday preparations, this purchase added unnecessary stress. I chose this site because it seemed professional and credible. However, after completing my order, I received no tracking information, and customer service is nonexistent—only automated responses. This is extremely disappointing, and I am now unsure if I will receive my order at all. If anyone has experience with this site, your feedback would be appreciated.
