I placed my pre-order on May 8th, with an expected delivery window between May 19th and 26th. However, upon following up, I was informed there would be a delay due to additional time required for customs documentation, as perfumes are classified as dangerous goods.Frankly, this is not a reasonable excuse. Today is June 3rd, and I still have no clear update on when my order will arrive. To make matters worse, their customer service is completely unresponsive and unhelpful.I strongly advise against shopping from this company. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
