One batch was nearly five years old, and another about 18 months. When I raised concerns about the scent, I was offered a credit note to keep the unusable items. I repeatedly asked for a return address, but my requests were ignored. Despite my insistence that the product was not fit for use, they insisted otherwise, which felt disrespectful. A local store confirmed the significant difference in quality. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I will not shop here again.
