Terrible experience with this service

I placed an order on November 4th, and now it's December 7th with no products delivered. I've received no responses to my emails or calls, and I've reported this issue to the relevant authorities. I've lost $178. I strongly advise against using this company; they seem to be a scam.

Disappointing service and untrustworthy products

I wasn't aware of the shipping delay when I ordered. After three weeks, I received a tracking email, but it took a week for the package to be picked up. When it arrived, two items had a strong odor. One batch was nearly five years old, and another about 18 months. When I raised concerns about the scent, I was offered a credit note to keep the unusable items. I repeatedly asked for a return address, but my requests were ignored. Despite my insistence that the product was not fit for use, they insisted otherwise, which felt disrespectful. A local store confirmed the significant difference in quality. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I will not shop here again.

Delayed order and damaged product

My order was delayed, and when it finally arrived, the bottle was damaged and the atomizer was faulty. I emailed immediately for a replacement or refund, but my request was declined within minutes. After several emails, I received a generic response. I contacted my bank, but they couldn’t assist. Now, after ten days, I can return the item for inspection, but I’m not confident in their process. They haven’t followed their own terms and conditions. I’ve shared my experience as they requested, but I've received no substantial help. I would advise against shopping here.

Frustrating experience with delayed order

I placed my order on June 24th, expecting delivery by July 6-13. When that timeframe passed without a shipment, I requested a refund. I was told I couldn't cancel until 30 days after the order, only if it hadn’t shipped. After waiting, I was told the order was received and would ship soon, but that was seven days ago. I can only conclude that this site is untrustworthy.

Do not purchase from this company

Whatever you do, avoid this company. I've been scammed. Two months have passed, and I still haven’t received my product. Each email I sent received empty promises. They keep giving excuses, and the latest was that my product had arrived in another country but would ship soon. A week later, they claimed it hadn’t arrived yet. This is a scam. Do not shop here; you will be disappointed.

Extremely disappointing experience

I usually don’t write reviews, but I must share my experience. Shopping here has been very frustrating. I placed an order around July 12, 2025, and have received no updates. The website only mentioned a delivery window, but there’s no tracking information. I've made numerous calls, but they go straight to voicemail. I’ve emailed for updates, but no response. I still haven’t received my order or any communication, which makes me doubt the legitimacy of this service.

Order placed with unexpected delays

I placed an order expecting delivery by May 28, as stated on their site and invoice. Later, I was informed it was a preorder and would be delayed. I reached out multiple times for updates, but their contact lines didn’t work. After several emails, I received a rude reply accusing me of spamming their inbox. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was told to cancel my order. I have requested a refund and will monitor if it’s processed promptly. I do not recommend this shop due to their unprofessionalism and poor communication.

I ordered on April 22nd, expecting delivery by May 9, 2025. Where is my birthday order? They have stopped responding to my messages, and I’ve saved for this since Christmas. I am very unhappy.
