I ordered a perfume which claimed to be stocked in Sydney, delivery is expected around 18-24April. However, after I made the purchase I received an email saying this is a preorder, I felt sus. Then I went to search for reviews, many people faced the same situation :). I constantly ask them for a refund, and indeed they have responded 'I took your feedback to our management team, and after further discussion, we’re able to make a one-time exception:
We can offer store credit for the full value of the unavailable products + an extra 20%.🎁
The credit won’t expire, can be used on any product, and can be applied across multiple orders.
If that works for you, I’ll issue it right away. If you’d still prefer a refund instead, I completely understand - just let me know and I’ll process a full refund for the unavailable items.'
I confirmed with them I wanted a refund but have not heard from them since then. So frustrating. I would give 0 star if I could
