My experience with the service was overall positive. The main negative point was the delivery time, as the product took more than one month to arrive. During that period, I had to change my delivery address due to moving house, which could have made the situation more complicated. However, the strongest point of the service was the quick customer support and response. Aubrey, the representative who assisted me, responded quickly and was very helpful in solving my problem by updating my delivery address in time. I appreciate the support and professionalism shown in handling the situation.
The service was great. Aubrey was really understanding and respectful throughout the whole process. Although my product is 1 month late to its supposed arrival, so I think thats something they could work on.
Anne was very caring and understanding with all my questions and solving and issue for me, perfume is original and cannot fault this company.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent order, which was placed almost 3 months ago and has still not been delivered. This delay is completely unacceptable.
If the perfumes were out of stock or part of a preorder, it should have been clearly communicated to customers before purchase, not discovered after weeks of waiting. I specifically ordered these perfumes for a festival gifting occasion, and your lack of communication has caused significant inconvenience.
This is the second time I’ve had an unpleasant experience with your store, and unfortunately, it will also be the last. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and lack of transparency. I will not be recommending My Perfume Shop to anyone based on this repeated experience.

Took my money but didn't have the product. Offered a different product which took 6 weeks to arrive. Constantly providing false eta's and took way too long to respond to enquiries. Did give a discount however but it was actually the worst customer experience I have ever had.
