I have ordered perfume from My Perfume Shop on a few occasions and, although sometimes there are delays with orders, I have always received my perfume intact and just as I ordered. I have never been disappointed with my perfume. My latest order took much longer to arrive than any other and I was becoming anxious. I emailed the company and received a very reassuring reply from Anne, senior customer officer, explaining the delay. I received regular updates on the status of my order and polite and helpful responses to my emails from Anne. My perfume arrived some 6 weeks after the original order but I had no problem contacting the company and receiving answers to my enquiries. I would definitely recommend My Perfume Shop, their prices are really good and the perfume is authentic.
