I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent order, which was placed almost 3 months ago and has still not been delivered. This delay is completely unacceptable.
If the perfumes were out of stock or part of a preorder, it should have been clearly communicated to customers before purchase, not discovered after weeks of waiting. I specifically ordered these perfumes for a festival gifting occasion, and your lack of communication has caused significant inconvenience.
This is the second time I’ve had an unpleasant experience with your store, and unfortunately, it will also be the last. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and lack of transparency. I will not be recommending My Perfume Shop to anyone based on this repeated experience.
Please issue my full refund , I don’t want products anymore. I m totally exhausted with your service
