Lured in with a personality test, only to be locked into a monthly subscription after paying $2 for the test results. When I called, they claimed I 'agreed' to a 7-day free trial and a subscription by purchasing the results. The date they charged me makes no sense since I was supposedly still in the trial period. I requested to cancel my subscription and get a refund, but they now claim they can't find my account linked to my email, even though I was logged in while checking the charge. The password they provided doesn’t match anything I would use, and attempts to reset it indicate I don't exist in their system. I existed long enough for them to charge me! STAY AWAY. They just want to trap you in a subscription.
