Customer support is ACTUALLY amazing. I didn't realize I was being charged for this and they refunded 2 months of charges. The information provided on this site is great if you don't already know your assessment.
They still won't let me cancel!! This is the fourth month they keep billing me.And I will have to get my bank involved. They say they cannot cancel my subscription because they can't find it. They can certainly find it every month when it comes time to bill me! Completely fraudulent activity. Completely not to be trusted!!
I remember this test as being free, however with the amount of information for $2 it provided is valuable. Things have changed in my life since the first time I took the test years ago. I had my daughter also take the test and she loved it. The additional humbling information it provided is something I’ve spoken to her about. She’s 11. A lightbulb opened her beautiful crystal blue eyes! We loved the personality information. How accurate, pros and cons of almost every subject. The ways in which we can overcome the losses and fits and cries.
While she read mine, she understood even more about myself. About my relationships. Things that made sense, why her dad is my ex husband and why I have the husband I so desperately needed, whom is my soulmate for the rest of my life - and after life. It all made sense. I have chronic PTSD due to childhood abuse. This is what I am mostly referring to when it comes to relationships.
It should be illegal to promote your test as free and then, after 15 minutes of answering questions, reveal that payment is required to see the results. It's disheartening that this site appears first when searching for a 'free toxic personality test', especially considering the subscriptions many get trapped into. I'm glad I avoided it.
Lured in with a personality test, only to be locked into a monthly subscription after paying $2 for the test results. When I called, they claimed I 'agreed' to a 7-day free trial and a subscription by purchasing the results. The date they charged me makes no sense since I was supposedly still in the trial period. I requested to cancel my subscription and get a refund, but they now claim they can't find my account linked to my email, even though I was logged in while checking the charge. The password they provided doesn’t match anything I would use, and attempts to reset it indicate I don't exist in their system. I existed long enough for them to charge me! STAY AWAY. They just want to trap you in a subscription.
My daughter took a personality test through a platform and paid $1.99 for the results. She immediately canceled her membership to avoid monthly fees. Unfortunately, she was charged $27.88 on multiple occasions. I have emailed and called several times, but each time I’m told they will escalate the issue, with no results. At this point, this company is taking money from my 17-year-old daughter and refusing to address the issue.
