I placed an order in September and received just one email saying they were busy, but would follow up soon. I haven't received any sketches yet and my emails are being ignored. I paid a significant amount for a Christmas gift that I can't afford to replace. This is unacceptable! I will be contacting consumer protection and ensuring others are warned. Disgraceful!
