Unreliable service

I placed an order in September and received just one email saying they were busy, but would follow up soon. I haven't received any sketches yet and my emails are being ignored. I paid a significant amount for a Christmas gift that I can't afford to replace. This is unacceptable! I will be contacting consumer protection and ensuring others are warned. Disgraceful!

Loved the canvas, but the pillow was a letdown

Outstanding experience from start to finish

Once I decided to order, I felt confident it would turn out well. I was a bit anxious about the likeness, as anyone would be. After a couple of proofs and a conversation regarding some options, I settled on an image. Even then, I was still a bit nervous. My well-packaged canvas arrived, and I was too anxious to open it for a few days! When I finally did, I couldn't stop admiring it! It's perfect! My pet's character has been captured beautifully. The photo was taken casually with my phone, and I’m thrilled! Thank you!

Exceeded my expectations

I was a bit skeptical at first, feeling it might be one of those online ads that disappoint. I had some favorite photos of my cat but doubted they could create something special. When I received the proofs, I was genuinely amazed—impressed, really. They captured her personality perfectly. The print quality exceeded my expectations as well. It’s been displayed for weeks now and still looks fantastic. I would highly recommend it if you're considering it!

Fantastic product!

The product and service were absolutely fantastic. I purchased a canvas of my cat, which was so wonderful that I got another canvas as a gift for my neighbor's dog. It's perfect, and I can't wait to give it to her for Christmas.
