After two years of owning my collar, the controller died. Not finding a replacement on line, I called customer service. They were able to sell me a new controller and help unpair and pair when it arrived. I made critical errors, tried to combine mine and my sons, resulting in a complete disaster of both systems! Customer service was able to straighten both systems up and answered all questions. When I first called and had to leave a voice mail, my expectations were far exceeded by their fast response!
