Our underground invisible fence works great. We've been using it for several years now, and our dog has never strayed away from home since we've had it. Recently when a lightning strike fried the transmitter, the company responded immediately to our request for a new one.
Ideal product and great customer supportWe purchased the solar panel electric fence energiser unit. Ideal for our needs as the paddock is a long way to carry a 12v battery! We had a follow up issue when a rodent or deer chomped through the earth connector … but customer services sold us a replacement pack.Don’t be put off by them being Australia based. They ship from the UK too
Delivery was fast. I used another brand of GPS collar in the past and setting the perimeter was a frustrating process. Setting the perimeter on the My Pet Command GPS collar is so much easier and straightforward. It does a great job of keeping our dog from sneaking onto the neighbor's property.

Many years ago, I bought a combo game camera and solar charger. I thought the solar charger to camera cable was not working, so I called the company. I didn't leave a message, rather I emailed them as an option in the voicemail. Even though I didn't leave a voice message, the company saw a missed call and actually called me!
