Today I received my photobook 2 weeks after ordering it. The quality is amazing and their customer service was excellent. When I saw all the bad reviews I was so worried about my book as I had paid €120 for it however my experience was far from negative. When I saw the reviews I emailed them straight away to get information on my order and they answered me within a few hours putting me at ease again. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others as my experience couldn’t have been better! It seems that the bad reviews are older reviews so maybe they have improved their service recently. The only problem I had was with the process of making my photobook as it did disappear a few times before I saved it properly but I think this may be down to the fact I was using a phone and not a laptop or computer! Overall my experience was amazing and I absolutely love my photobook!
