I received my photobook quite quickly after ordering and the quality is good! However, I must have tried to make the photobook about 10 times. I would make the whole thing, try to upload it and all of a sudden the process would freeze/crash and I would lose everything. It was extremely frustrating. Also when I finally got to the payment stage, it wouldn't allow me to pay with card. It just kept bringing me back to the payment stage, even after i'd put my card details in. I opted for a bank transfer in the end. This worked I received confirmation of payment from the company a day or two after. There was good communication with the company through the process from then on.
