My initial order with the service was shipped back to them. The address provided was correct, and there was no justification for the return by the shipper. I requested a cancellation and refund since I found the same item elsewhere with quicker shipping. It had already taken over a week for the order to be shipped and returned, and I didn’t want to wait any longer. They did cancel and refund it, but they informed me that I would incur shipping charges. This made no sense at all. The return was not due to any mistake on my part. The address is a residential one, I have lived there for 25 years, and I regularly receive shipments. This was my first experience with the service, and it will definitely be my last. It was for a minor item, but my trust in them is completely gone.
