I placed my order on October 15th, and it was marked as in transfer by October 17th. By mid-November, I reached out via email and was informed that wait times were unexpectedly long. I requested a refund and to cancel my order, but was told that since it was 'moving,' I could only refuse delivery upon arrival. I never received any useful tracking updates, and at the start of December, I got another email stating they received faulty equipment and that shipping would take another 4 to 6 weeks. I used my debit card and contacted my bank to report this as a scam. I expect to get my money back in 5 days, and they will be investigating the company. I don't trust this company to refund me if I refuse delivery, so I opted for this route. I won't buy anything from Facebook again; it seems full of scammers. I'll stick to a different platform that is much easier to deal with and provides great tracking information!
