Fraudulent Experience!

I had a terrible experience after purchasing from a social media advertisement. Like many others, I never received my order, and they kept making excuses for the delivery delays. They have ignored all my requests for a refund.

Avoid ordering from this service. It's misleading. They never send the items, and when you reach out to the support team, you only receive generic responses citing shipping or manufacturing issues. It's incredibly frustrating. I've been requesting a refund for weeks, yet I've received no resolution.

Ordered early October and still waiting!!

Still waiting after two months

I ordered two boxes on September 25, 2025. I've sent multiple emails and received generic responses about supply issues that didn't answer my specific questions. I've now given up and requested a refund, but I doubt I'll get my money back as I suspect it's a scam. Unfortunately, I didn't pay through a secure method, so I assume my money is lost. Lesson learned: avoid buying through social media.

Order placed on October 15th, still no delivery...

I placed my order on October 15th, and it was marked as in transfer by October 17th. By mid-November, I reached out via email and was informed that wait times were unexpectedly long. I requested a refund and to cancel my order, but was told that since it was 'moving,' I could only refuse delivery upon arrival. I never received any useful tracking updates, and at the start of December, I got another email stating they received faulty equipment and that shipping would take another 4 to 6 weeks. I used my debit card and contacted my bank to report this as a scam. I expect to get my money back in 5 days, and they will be investigating the company. I don't trust this company to refund me if I refuse delivery, so I opted for this route. I won't buy anything from Facebook again; it seems full of scammers. I'll stick to a different platform that is much easier to deal with and provides great tracking information!
