Never received item: Ordered a Cutterbot on August 27. Got a confirmation email that seemed very professional. I figured it would take awhile to ship, but on September 20, when I still heard nothing, I contacted them via their contact form. I received a speedy and professional reply that they were behind due to high demand and that I would be notified at every step in the process. I followed up with a request for a timeline for delivery. They replied that they didn't have that but they reassured that it would be delivered. By October 27, still not updates whatsoever and they did not reply to my last email asking for an update, so I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Such a bummer because my kids were very excited about the Cutterbot.
