Avoid like the plague.
Had a lady come in. A sales representative. Very nice and friendly, I gave her some details of our current card provider and she promised we could save just over 30% on our annual fees.
I asked for everything in writing to confirm. All the cards fees, card not present fees etc.
All seem great. She then came in with her manager. Said they will complete form with me get everything all signed up and a card machine sent out to us. All went smoothly. Until the machine turned up a few days later. Tejas said he would come in to set it up and never showed. So after cancelling my existing provider I had to choice but to do it myself the next day. It was straight forward to be fair, except I didn’t get the walkthrough I was promised.
The issue came on my first payment. As I explained to both of them that most of our payments are taken over the phone. I was promised and have in writing a card no present fee of 0.20%. Well the very first payment I was charged 0.60% on top of the normal debit or credit card fees. So three times higher than what I was told.
The next payment I had was in store. And instead of the 0.50% fee for face to face credit card fees. I was charged 1.70%. Over 3 times the amount I was told. I’m sure you can all see where I am going with this. I signed up middle of Feb and still have had no money back for being over charged. I have been promised that it will be looked into and still nothing. The sales rep came and saw me and gave me nonsense about the rates changing the day we signed up and we must have just missed that deal. No. I was lied and misled. Please listen to my review and others. You WILL be over charged, and you won’t get your money back.
For some reason I had to remove the two sales representatives names from my review when they have no problem in name’s being mentioned from good reviews.
