Unreliable service experience

The representative from the service was dishonest and untrustworthy. He assured me that switching would provide a better deal and that they would manage the cancellation of my old card machine. However, he only set up the new machine and ignored the old one. Despite scheduling multiple appointments, he never showed up. Now, I am paying for both machines due to his misleading promises and poor service.

Very disappointing experience with this service; after the card machine was unsuitable, they attempted to charge me a cancellation fee of over £1200. I tried contacting the representative who sold us the machines, but he has blocked all our numbers.
