Would rate it zero stars if possible. I ordered a strap on November 25th as a Christmas gift. I discovered on December 26th that the company sent me the wrong size for the watch. I reached out to them and waited two weeks for a response, only to be informed they couldn't help since it had been 30 days. Terrible customer service! Now I’m stuck with a £50 strap that is unusable, and the intended recipient can't use it either. I will never use this service again. A very disappointed customer!
