If I could give a zero I certainly would! I have been fighting with this company since Dec 26th! All I wanted to do was make a return. This was a gift for my daughter and it was way too big on her wrist. I have numerous emails just trying to get an address to send it back, which by the way they do not provide a return label! I finally went through my bank and disputed but for some crazy reason they reversed it. Here I am again just trying to return this junk and they still are giving me the runaround, claiming my dispute is still open! I even sent them the letter from my bank and they still tell me I cannot return it because it is still open on their end! It’s physically not possible according to my bank. Please buyer beware, do not purchase from this company! I don’t know how they are still in business.
Overall a positive experience. This was my first time purchasing from the company. I needed to make an adjustment to my order and Alex followed up with me very quickly. The level of customer service I received was excellent. In regards to the product, I’ll be honest I was expecting the quality to be a little more than it was. The pictures online appear better quality than what was received, however with that being said, I do think the product is much nicer than other ones I’ve seen in real life (I’ve seen a few purchased from Amazon and this one from My Pretty Strap is much nicer).
Would rate it zero stars if possible. I ordered a strap on November 25th as a Christmas gift. I discovered on December 26th that the company sent me the wrong size for the watch. I reached out to them and waited two weeks for a response, only to be informed they couldn't help since it had been 30 days. Terrible customer service! Now I’m stuck with a £50 strap that is unusable, and the intended recipient can't use it either. I will never use this service again. A very disappointed customer!

I replied, asking if the same style in a different color could be substituted. The next day, I received confirmation that it was available, and they replaced the unavailable item. They also mentioned that my order was processed and would arrive soon. The representative was very efficient and prompt.

This company is incredible! I received a 35mm instead of a 45mm watch face cover. They promptly replied to my email and provided a coupon code for 50% off and free shipping to order the correct one! The straps are truly amazing and of great quality; I will definitely use them again.
I ordered three straps—my first order with the service. They are beautiful, but there was an issue with one of them. I notified the company, and they were very responsive. After I was unable to resolve the issue, they informed me that they were sending a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with how the situation was handled. I will be purchasing more.
I am amazed by the level of customer service I experienced. Shortly after making a purchase, I realized I had a discount code I didn’t use. I accidentally placed a second order using the discount but forgot to cancel the original. Someone noticed the duplicate orders and reached out to confirm if there was a mistake. I informed them of the situation, and they promptly canceled my first order. I was impressed by the attention to detail and ease of resolution. I was already pleased with my previous order, so this experience has definitely secured my loyalty!
