If I could give a zero I certainly would! I have been fighting with this company since Dec 26th! All I wanted to do was make a return. This was a gift for my daughter and it was way too big on her wrist. I have numerous emails just trying to get an address to send it back, which by the way they do not provide a return label! I finally went through my bank and disputed but for some crazy reason they reversed it. Here I am again just trying to return this junk and they still are giving me the runaround, claiming my dispute is still open! I even sent them the letter from my bank and they still tell me I cannot return it because it is still open on their end! It’s physically not possible according to my bank. Please buyer beware, do not purchase from this company! I don’t know how they are still in business.
