Very poor customer service! There’s no way to call them, and my emails go unanswered. I have repeatedly called about my issue, which remains unresolved. It seems they prefer to buy fake reviews rather than improve their service! It’s frustrating that I had to write a review just to get a response. I have numerous screenshots of my unanswered emails. It's outrageous that they want me to pay for a product I returned correctly, and yet they are reselling it. I am still waiting for a response to my previous emails. Unfortunately, I can't take back my review since the issue persists. I encourage others to call their hotline to see if they receive any assistance!
