I sold an bag in perfect condition with no stains on myprivateboutique's reseller platform - MyPrivateDressing.com and it has been a nightmare. The buyer decided to return the item because she wanted a receipt for a vintage item which I had clearly listed the bag only came with dustbag. As a result, I sent her a message to tell her that it is indeed an original bag and that she has wasted my time because she did not bother to read the description properly. Now, MyPrivateDressing has a 5 day return period (too long!) and when this crazy buyer returned my product, it had visible stains inside my bag! Red lipstick, a pen mark an der another brown stain I don't even know what it is. I sent pictures of the bag before and after to MyPrivateDressing and even a testimony stating that the interior was spotless from a previous buyer who had returned the bag on a valid reason that the straps were too short for her a week prior to sending the bag out again. Why would I want to stain my bag on purpose after years of ensuring it is in good condition? MyPrivateDressing came back to me saying the bag was returned in the exact same condition and nothing can be done even when my pictures and the testimony proved to be the otherwise. This is totally unacceptable and I have lost trust with this site that's meant to protect BOTH sellers and buyers. Obviously it only cares about its 15% commissions plus 5% "administrative charges" if you want to take your money out to your own account and not what happens after. Stay away and sell elsewhere!
